ABOUT
My name is Sam Whitton and I am a wildlife filmmaker and natural history researcher based in Bristol. I have experience working on factual programmes including; ‘Springwatch’ (BBC Two/ BBC iPlayer), ‘The Emerald Isles’ (TG4/ BBC NI), 'Wonders of the Celtic Deep' (BBC Wales/ BBC iPlayer) and 'Countryfile' (BBC One).
I have also produced work for organisations and NGOs including Cornwall Wildlife Trust, Governors' Camp Collection and Wildlife Sense. I was involved in producing a film for the Charles Darwin Foundation in the Galápagos Islands about the threat of invasive species to the native ecosystem and created a short documentary with BBC Springwatch presenter Gillian Burke.
